Standards of care


We are committed to providing care and support to a high standard. Many of our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and their reports of our services are available via our individual service pages and on the CQC website: www.cqc.org.uk

Our own regular inspections of our services complement those of CQC and aim to provide continuous quality checking and improvement.

We aim to ensure that our services are person-centred and adopt an approach called ‘personalisation’.

Personalisation means that people are put first so that the service fits them, rather than the person fitting the service.

It means that services and social care start with the person and ensures that people who need care and support have their preferences and needs met and that people have choice and control over how they live their lives.
