The charity’s leisure, education and occupational services (LEOS) provide opportunities for adults with varying needs to acquire independent living and social skills to enable them to enjoy as rich and fulfilling a life as they possibly can.

People can learn new skills, for example:

  • Basic cooking
  • Money management
  • IT skills

People can get support to access social activities, for example:

Meeting friends for lunch

Going to a sports or community centre

Bowling

Trips to the cinema or theatre

Visiting places of interest

Walks

These can be accessed on an individual basis or in group sessions
