The people we support are at the heart of all we do and we approach all aspects of service delivery with person-centred thinking and ways of working.
- Each person who uses our services has a personal plan of support to ensure that the support they receive is exactly how they want it to be and we aim to ensure that each person is fully in control of their of support and service.
- All our managers are trained to carry out person centred reviews, which are carried out on a regular basis.
- People who use our services form part of the interview panel when recruiting new staff.
- People who use our services can be part of our Taking Part group who regularly meet together and genuinely influence decisions that affect their services
