Our supported living services and care at home (sometimes called domiciliary care) help people to live independent lives and make their own choices and decisions about how they live.
These services provide support for people with:
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health problems
- Autistic spectrum conditions
- Complex needs
- Older people
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live independently and we support people to develop life skills to assist independent living, learning and working.
Every person is unique and their care needs different, therefore we offer support tailored to specific needs.
Accommodation and housing support is available: flats and bedsits for people wishing to live alone, or houses where several other people live too. The service is also offered to people in their own or family own home.
It is an integral part of the service that people are encouraged and empowered to live life as a valuable member of their community. People are supported to access activities and facilities their local community has to offer as well as find employment or education and develop friendships.
